Who's picking on my angelfish?

I have 3 angelfish about 2 inches in body size, 2 black skirt tetra, 1 clown loach and 1 yoyo loach. I noticed yesterday that my angelfish has a back fin missing and another angel has been nipped at as well. Who is picking on them? Im worried :(
