Cwcheat:Monster hunter freedom unite help?

I've been having problems with cw cheat lately. I don't know how to download it to my psp. I keep trying to download it to my files but when I open it, internet explorer opens then closes. Can some make a link or some thing showing me how to do the whole thing?
