Rate your Teacher .com question?

I wonder why this website can stay up and running... isn't it slander or libel. Does the opinion of a 12 yr old really hold any water? If I reprimand a student for a cruel, dangerous deed suddenly I am MEAN and UNFAIR (these are the kind statements). I grade students with the purpose of having them strive to be better and then they say I am an unfair grader because they are so used to getting A's from the other teachers. The only thing I learned from it is that some kids don't know reality- some say I don't help them meanwhile I walk around the entire time helping everyone especially those with severe need. The comments are humiliating and go against the kind of person I try to be. The kids say basically anything although it is supposed to be about your teaching only. I have 4 degrees and thay say I don't know what I am teaching. Yeah, right! I think I am ranting because after reading it I want to leave the profession (what I hear most teachers say). It is depressing. Any thoughts?
