What should i do with my marriage?

hi im 25 years old and have two children one eight one 20 months. My husband have been home from Iraq since last march and things have not been good. I work in fact i have been the only one working in my house since april. when i get home at the end of the day the house is never clean dinner is never set out baby eats pop tarts when i can not feed him. i am a wattress and am on my feet all day and then i come home to no help at all. My husband plays x box all day and gets mad at me when i come home and not happy nothings done....the other day i asked him to pay the water bill and clean the dishes while i was at work i got home and he did nothing. Long story short he chokes me slams me down i have marks on my neck from yesterday where he got mad at me pushed me down and choked me ......i have a temper to but right now i feel deffeted i need advice on what i should do im sick of getting beat up ...........what should i do?
