Always hard to breahte - anxiety?

dont worry i used to have the same thing happen to me. for me it was def anxiety that caused it. one of my cousins who was only 11 at the time went through the same thing but for her it wasn't anxiety, she never found out what it was that caused it, but as she grew it went away. i guess its normal.
