Which mos or rate would allow me to hang around iraqis?

i have a feeling its probably infantry, but im not sure. If my question was unclear i just mean that something i would want to do be it in teh Army or Marines is to actaully get a chance to talk to the locals, who knows maybe even get to know some of them, and i was just wondering which MOS(s) would allow me to do that, either on or off the job.
