Any recommendations on my new desktop?
The PSU is definately overkill and that will negatively affect your efficiency as most psu's are most efficient at about 50% load. Save yourself some cash and buy a 600 watt or even a 550 can cut but the 600 will allow room for some upgrades or additions later on. If you plan on buying another 5850 for crossfire in the future than 700 would probably be enough. With that extra cash you saved, buy a 7200 rpm hard drive. I am not sure why you chose a 5400 rpm. 7200 rpm is now the standard for desktop hard drives so it would be a much better choice. You did not include a CPU cooler on your list. Don't use AMD's stock cooler as stock coolers in general aren't very good. For $60 max, you can get a very good cooler like the Coolermaster V8, Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme, or Xigmatek Dark Night.
