Is this scripture saying Jesus is Jehovah?

Yes, this verse is one of many in the Scriptures which declare Jesus as God of very God. When you take the attributes of Jesus and the Holy Spirit and see clearly that they are divine attributes that no one else can claim but God, then there is one God who has eternally existed in 3 persons. Is there an element of mystery? of course, It is an infinite concept and our finite minds cannot wrap around it. But, then again, we are not God are we? When when compares Scripture with Scripture, the Trinity or Tri-unity of God is clearly taught. Jesus is called in Isaiah 9:6 the "Everlasting Father" and also the "Prince of Peace" elsewhere He is the "King of kings" elsewhere "our High Priest" elsewhere "the Son of God" elsewhere "the Son of Man" elsewhere "the Lamb of God" elsewhere "the Anointed One or Messiah" His titles clearly point to His deity. If Jesus is Sovereign (the blessed and only Potentate) who "alone has immortality" which is something only God is, then clearly, Jesus, the Son of God is equal in power and glory as the Father. That is what Jesus Himself taught and the apostles as well. (Philippians 2:5-11)
