TTC...please help any suggestions will be helpful!?

My husband and I are TTC, and have been for almost 2 years. The DR had me on Clomid, but it wasn't working to bring up my ovulation so I quit. I have never ever gotten Aunt Flo on my own even as a teenager it was medically started and forced. Well the good news is this month I actually got it on my own, which was VERY exciting! Anyhow back to the main point. I bought these pills that are like Mucinex only generic. The main ingredient is the big long G word and its the only ingredient. It is a pill and one pill is 400mg, how many times a day should I take this? And if anyone else has any other suggestions it would be very helpful!! Thank y'all!!!
