I enter US as C1 visa march 2002,i got married to US citizen sept 2003,i was grant a working permit since then

and i already renewed it for two times,iwas interviewed by US immigration last year Feb and iwas denied last june 07 due of being seafarer,my working permit right now is expired since last Jan 2008.i cnt longer work nor drive bec of my present status?..i have 4 kids back home phil which im supporting financially and i have 2 kids here in US which age are 2yrs old and 4yrs old..my wife is the one supporting me right now?my mother is bed ridden for almost 3 yrs which i cnt visit bec im scared to go home bec of legal status..i have no choice eventhou im a man i cnt control myself to cry everytime im looking to my 2 little kids which so innocent and what life awaiting for them in the future?if my status wont be upgraded and grant me a greencard?how i could continously support my 4 kids in the phil who are in college right now?added to that how could continously support financially my mother who are so ill at thiis point in time?,,my wife have been here for almst 18yrs as a nurse..pls help
