How do you solve sin, cos, tan, sec, csc, cot questions in calculus without using a calculator?

My teacher gives us homework with sin, cos, tan, sec, csc, and cot questions in calculus and expects us not to use a calculator when it comes to the test. I know how to derive the following but do not know how you would solve these questions without using a calculator. HELP! :(
