Concerned about my weight problem ?

So listen guys,2 days ago i was 83 kgs and in pretty good physical shape but last night i ate a little to much at a party and went 89 kgs in 1 night... my face already looks bigger and i just wanna ask how much will it take me to go lose these 6 kilos again?will it be easier?im 15 year old male
