Blue Screen Problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

I keep getting the blue screen and it wont go away. It keeps saying something about drivers and what not and I have know idea what its talking about. And it keeps saying something about RNDISMP.SYS so can anybody help me.
